Beyerdynamic Amiron Wireless review

If you are looking for the best sounding wireless headphone if you are sitting at home or need some break time in office then Beyerdynamic Amiron Wireless are the best-sounding wireless headphones you can buy. Its design is bulky for travel but its average noise isolation sound is best for a wireless headphone.

Our Verdict

It’s been years we have been around  with wireless headphone but it never took off with audiophile crowd as some limitations of Bluetooth codecs, however Bluetooth has advanced quite a bit over the past several years and now we have codecs like aptX HD and LDAC, offering hi-res wireless support that helps headphones cut the cord without losing allegiance.

The Amiron Wireless headphones are huge in design but it is very comfortable to wear all day long.  The build quality of Amiron Wireless is excellent and the headphone feels like it will last for many years to come.

Beyerdynamic Amiron Wireless Headphone

The headphone is made of a mix of plastic and metal to keep the headphone lightweight.

The headband and earpads are made of Alcantara, synthetic suede that is extremely comfortable and built to last, the ear pads are user replaceable, which is good. As if we comparison of Bose Quiet Comfort 35 II – weights 235g  Amiron Wireless headphones weight 380 gms.

Beyerdynamic Amiron Wireless is available on Amazon for $699, there are some compromises – with its bulky design and average noise isolation which make it less ideal for travel.

if any headphone will convince the music enthusiasts to embrace wireless, it’ll be the Beyerdynamic Amiron Wireless.

In sonic abilities, the Amiron Wireless is in a class of their own. The V-Moda Crossfade Wireless 2 and Sony WH-1000XM2 sound great (and the Sony offers ANC) but can’t match the Amiron Wireless in terms of pure sonic performance. If you must have the best sound in a wireless package, the Amiron Wireless is the right choice for you.

Pros

  • Excellent build quality and comfort
  • Detailed, dynamic and spacious sound
  • Sounds just as good wired

Cons

  • Not ideal for travel
  • Mobile app needs work
  • Expensive
